The cost of this item is simply the 24hour rate times no. of people, 
ie. GBP 53.25 * n. 

I guessed at 4 people when originally booking Ammerdown, though this 
can be changed. For 4 people, the cost is GBP 213.

> 2. (3.2) Discount for people in 3 bed rooms.

Debbie suggested GBP 15 per person (GBP 5 per night). I can't give an 
exact cost because the number of people sharing keeps changing as people 
make last minute cancellations and bookings.

> 3. (4.6) Certificates of attendance

Last year, 80 certificates (A4, 300gsm) cost GBP 53+VAT = GBP 62.28.
Subject to Kalen's willingness to sign them all.

> 4. (5.3) Leisure subsidies

> 5. (6.2) Subsidising a non-committee site manager. 

With my venue-coordinator hat on, I don't think this is necessary. We
didn't have one at Emmaus. That doesn't mean that the role wouldn't be
useful in other years - it depends a lot on who is on the committee.

> 6. (6.4) Sensory equipment

> 7. (6.5/4.9) Organiser wear. If we don't actually have enough for this year,
this gets elevated to 4th.

We have 9 sashes (2 dark, 7 light), 4 armbands (3 reflective, 1 matt),
2 baseball hats.

We may have other bits and pieces that organisers kept from last year or 
which got mixed up with the merchandise.
