Booking Procedure
- First you book and submit your booking.
- Every few hours The booking system alerts the registrar by email if someone has booked, paid, or otherwise changed their booking.
- One of the registrars looks over your booking. Bookings are looked at in the order they were submitted. The registrars work on a volunteer basis and as a general rule of thumb check the bookings at breakfast, lunch and in the evening.
- If they have any questions or are answering your questions they will send you a note.
- Once they believe Autscape can satisfy all of the needs you give on your booking form, they accept your booking.
- The system will send you an email explaining how to pay.
- Once you pay you then have a place at Autscape.
The registrars work on a volunteer basis for Autscape. It can take a day or two for the registrar to respond to your queries. If you have not received a reply in 48 hours then you may send it again. Please contact us at registrar@autscape.org. Please do not submit your query multiple times in an hour.
