En-suites
Autscape regrets that there are no en-suite rooms this year. We realise this may cause some difficulties for some people and have got the following arrangements in place.
A special reduced non residential conference fee if you have to stay off site because of any of this year's venue's limitations. This fee is £68 for adults and £60 for children and carers.
Single use bathrooms. We plan to set up a few of the smaller bathrooms as single use. This means only one person can use them at a time. If you need this please say so when you book. Places for this are very limited and will be on a first come first served basis.
These only applies to standard bedrooms (that is those without a hand basin).
- Some of the other smaller bathrooms can be turned into single use bathrooms during off-peak hours (9:30am to 8:30pm) if there is advance demand for it. We can't make them single use all the time as we would lose too much capacity.
- Some bedrooms have a hand-basin. However they do come with other limitations. Because of this we are not charging extra for rooms with a hand basin this year. Unfortunately the accommodation block we used last year is under refurbishment this year.
