Environment Discount
We are offering an environment discount of £5 to residential and full conference non residential participants.
Each year Autscape prints and wastes a lot of paper and materials which people don't use. If you take this discount —
- You don't get a conference folder, handouts or note pad. Instead you can print the handouts you need in advance or save them to a tablet or laptop.
- You can take any venue maps we print.
- We hope to have spare materials — handouts, folders and pens you can buy if you need any.
- At the end of the conference you either return your name badge, interaction badge and lanyard so that those people who choose this option in other years can reuse them. Alternatively you may bring them home with a view to reusing them if you return to Autscape another year. We've given you this second option because we know not everyone is comfortable with the idea of wearing something someone else wore in a different year.
The idea of this fee is to cut down on the waste and pointless printing Autscape produces each year. Some people barely look at their folder materials preferring to use electronic devices for making notes. We are trying to source lanyards, interaction badges and name badges that will last longer. In the meantime if you have any which are in good condition please consider reusing them.
