Registration for Autscape 2022 is now open for residential places; day-only registration will open later. Please read the following information before booking. (updated 8 July 2022 – residential registration deadline extended to 10th July; day-only registration closes 18th July)
The main conference will begin at 3pm on Monday 8th August 2022 and end at 2pm on Thursday 11th August 2022. The venue is The Hayes conference centre in Derbyshire, DE55 1AU, UK.
Live event fees
The all-in fees for Autscape 2022 will be as follows:

* Note: these are only single rooms and do not have level access.
** Children under the age of 2 are able to attend free if they do not access the crèche. If you would like a child under 2 to access the crèche you will be charged the child rate.
The full fee is payable on booking. All fees include a £50 non-refundable deposit.
Extra day
We are also offering an extra day at the end of Autscape which will have no structured programme or childcare from 2pm on Thursday 11th until 11am on Friday 12th August:

Online conference
Concurrent with the in-person event, there will be an online Autscape event as well. The fee is £10. Due to running the in-person event for the first time in three years, we are not able to offer the same depth and variety of online activities, but we will have streaming of all presentations as well as discussions, participant-led activities and discussions on Discord.
The main presentations from the in-person event will be broadcast online as interactive webinars. We will also have a range of supplemental activities such as discussions and expect to have an optional social space on Discord chat platform.
Note: Registration for the residential in-person event includes full access to the online event.

IMPORTANT - A note about COVID
At the current time there are no Covid restrictions. As we have exclusive use of the venue we do not have to wear face masks. Should the situation change, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If the event has to be cancelled, e.g. because of another lockdown, then any fees paid will be reimbursed.
If you are unable to attend because you have Covid, then our normal cancellation terms apply in the booking policy. We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to cover any costs if you cannot afford to take the risk.
If you become ill with Covid whilst at Autscape, you will be expected to inform an organiser and either self isolate or leave if you are able. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse your fee.
We also encourage people to take a lateral flow test prior to attending.
Financial assistance
Unfortunately, applications for both bursaries and the POC equity fund are now closed because all the available money has been used. If you need the money and missed out, we would encourage you to try again next year.
