FAQs
How much will you fund?
The maximum amount we will fund per applicant is £230. The application form asks you to state how much funding would be necessary for you to be able to attend, this allows us to divide the money raised between as many people as possible.
Why can’t you fund the full cost of a place?
Unfortunately we have learned that if places are made available at no cost it makes it more likely that people do not turn up.
How many places are available?
The number of places depends on how much money is raised and how much funding each applicant needs to be able to come.
Is funding available towards the cost of day visitor fees?
We may also be able to provide funding towards day visitor costs, please email us if this is something you would be interested in.
How will you decide who gets funding?
If there are more applicants than we are able to provide funding for we will use a random number generator to fairly select which applicants receive funding.
Should I book a place now or wait to hear about whether I will get the funding?
We have some places reserved for applicants so there is no need to worry about missing out on a place because the event is fully booked.
If I am awarded funding how do I use this when making my booking?
If your application is successful we will send you a code that you enter when making your booking, this will deduct the funding from the amount due.
Can I phone you?
Unfortunately none of the fundraising organisers are able to receive phone calls. If you are able to get in touch with us by email at equity@autscape.org
, or ask someone else to do this on your behalf, we will do our best to find someone who is able to speak to you on the phone. We may also be able to set up a video call if that would be more accessible for you.
Application form
Use our application form on SurveyMonkey to submit an application. Please ensure this form is completed and submitted to us by 17th June.

If you receive funding, we will give you a code number, which you must use when paying your fee.
