Conference Fees for 2009

Below are the conference fees for Autscape 2009.

If you cannot calculate the fee for your circumstances or need any further assistance please contact the registrar.

Autscape Membership Fee

There is a five pounds membership fee. Membership gives you voting rights. Membership fees have been added onto all the adult fees listed below with the exception of the carer fees. Anyone aged 18 and above including carers may opt-in or opt-out of becoming a member.

Adult Fees

Residential

Non Residential Conference Fee

The Non-Residential Conference Fee covers the whole conference from the Tuesday afternoon to Friday lunchtime. Whether or not to attend on the Tuesday is up to the conference delegate.

With the exception of breakfast, all meals and tea/coffee breaks are included in the fee.

While there are no presentations on the Tuesday there is an induction talk about Autscape, an evening meal and may be one or two structured or informal discussions in the evening.

Tuesday is also a time when people are getting to know each other.

One or Two Days Only - Non Residential

Day Fees include lunch, the evening meal and all tea/coffee breaks.

Teenagers, Children and Infant Fees

Residential

Any child not in childcare is expected to be in 1:1 care (see carer fees in adult section) arranged by their parent/guardian.

Infants Residential (0-2)
