- Rail or coach. Via London or avoiding London. There are various options to get to Norwich train station. The earlier you book your train tickets the cheaper they will be.
- Coach is often cheaper than rail, but also slower.

The X1 bus service runs between Peterborough rail station and Norwich bus station approximately twice an hour. The journey time is about 3 hours and ten minutes.
The X1 goes via Kings Lynn bus station which is under ten minutes walk from King's Lynn train station (there are direct trains to King's Lynn from London King's Cross via Cambridge and Ely). The journey time from King's Lynn bus station to Norwich is an hour and three quarters.
Allow half an hour to get to Norwich train station from Norwich bus station.
