Airports & ferry ports

This page about Autscape 2014 is of historical interest only. Go to the home page for current information.

Autscape has arranged travel to the venue from Norwich train station. This page gives suggested public transport routes from some of the airports and a ferry port to Norwich train station. Please e-mail registrar@autscape.org if you need further assistance.

Note: Sometimes there are two or more routes by rail, one via London and one avoiding London. Often in these cases there are two tickets available; the 'avoiding London' ones are cheaper but the journey may take longer. Check the National Rail planner for prices.

UK train and coach tickets are often cheaper if booked in advance. This includes the route between London Liverpool Street and Norwich train station.

Britrail sell point to point railway tickets. Britrail is only for people who live outside the UK. Anyone travelling on a Britrail point to point ticket must have proof of residency on them while travelling. See their FAQ for more details.

Transport Policy

Working out how to get to Autscape, buying tickets and organising your journey is your own responsibility. We do our best to provide some basic advice and information on transport options to help people coming to the conference because we understand that many autistics find this challenging. But this information is provided by volunteers who are also autistic and are working hard to organise the Autscape conference. So if you need a lot of support to plan and arrange your particular journey, you need to get that support from family, friends or other support people. The responsibility for making sure that you actually arrive safely at Autscape is yours.
